If you often switch between Outlook and Teams or Zoom, save yourself time by scheduling calls right from your calendar.
For Microsoft Teams:
- In Outlook, go to Calendar → New Meeting.
- Click Teams Meeting in the toolbar.
- Fill in the details and click Send.
The invite automatically includes a Teams link.
For Zoom (add-in required):
- Install the Zoom Outlook Add-in from Microsoft AppSource.
- Once added, click Add a Zoom Meeting while creating an event.
