Many professionals want Gmail’s power with Outlook’s interface. Here’s how:

1. Open Outlook → File → Add Account.
2. Enter your Google Workspace email.
3. Click Advanced Options → Let me set up my account manually.
4. Choose IMAP and enter server settings:
   • Incoming: imap.gmail.com, SSL, port 993
   • Outgoing: smtp.gmail.com, SSL, port 465 or 587
5. Allow Outlook access via Google’s App Passwords if using 2FA.

Now your Google Business email works fully inside Outlook.
